'EquilibriumNexus originated from an aspiration: to share real Neapolitan pizza with Via Giuseppe Verdi. The Bianchi relatives established our pizza shop in 1985, beginning as a quaint, family-managed eatery boasting generational recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our patron, mastered the pizza craft during visits across Italy, training with renowned pizza masters in Naples—the home of pizza. Once back in the UK, she aimed to replicate the Italian pizza wonder, employing age-old techniques and the best produce available.
Our humble 12-seat pizza place has expanded into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness stands firm. We continue to use age-old wood oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and choose top-tier ingredients.
Nowadays, 'EquilibriumNexus is still owned and managed by the family, with the Bianchi heirs at the helm of our zealous staff. While we've adopted new technology, our core mission remains the same: serving delightful, true pizza that unites folks.
